Located outside Drymen, the pod offers stunning views across the countryside and is just three minutes walk from the West Highland Way path – and five  minutes drive from the shores of Loch Lomond.

THE pod boasts a comfortable double sofa bed, en-suite shower room plus a perfect little kitchen with hob, microwave and fridge. The pod is surrounded by a decking overlooking a beautiful view of fields and forest, it is a perfect escape for one or two people.

 

The pod has free Wi-Fi, smart TV (YouTube Netflix etc), bedding and towels, hairdryer, crockery, tea, coffee and basic cooking essentials are provided – salt, pepper and olive oil. A little welcome package with treats to settle into the pod is also provided to make your stay as relaxed as possible. We use a self-check in system so late arrivals are no problem.

 

The pod is the perfect base for exploring the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. We are directly on the West Highland Way path and are surrounded by the most amazing cycle and walking routes. Conic Hill can be accessed from our property. It is the ideal location to relax and watch the sun set over the loch in a peaceful and private surrounding.

    THE Pod is perfect for walkers…and we’re the perfect first or second stop on the West Highland Way if you’re starting at Milngavie (Glasgow)…or a great place to chill towards the end of your walk if coming from the North.

    There’s lots of great paths for walkers, hillwalkers and anyone who enjoys the fresh air and beautiful scenery surrounding Ardyle.

    ARDYLE Pod is just minutes from beautiful Balmaha on the east side of Loch Lomond.

    Enjoy paddle boarding, canoeing and boat trips to the many islands on the loch.

    There’s watersports and activities to suit everyone..or just relax on one of the many tranquil beaches close by.

    THERE’S no shortage of off-road mountain biking and forest trails to suit families and cyclists of all ages and abilties.

    And for road cyclists the network of quiet country roads offers a great way to explore the local area.
